Oatmeal cookies with raisins, nuts and cinnamon

Ingredients:

225 g of softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 175 C.
2. In a large mixer bowl, beat the butter with the sugar, eggs and vanilla.
3. flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a separate bowl mix.
4. Gradually enter into the oil-egg mixture. Mix and then just add the raisins and chopped nuts.
