What a yummy! Never before I had not even heard of noodle. It turns out that there are many different ways of cooking this dish!
I took a little bit from one bit from the others and turned out such a version …


Beef — 500 g (can be any meat or poultry)
Potatoes — 1 kg
onions, carrots
salt pepper

For noodle:

yogurt — 0.5 cups
soda — 1/4 tsp
Flour — how many will take the
Garlic — 3 cloves


First, as usual. Saute onions and carrots. Add meat, chopped or finely or coarsely, salt, pepper. Fry it lightly, flooded with water and extinguished until cooked, not forgetting to add water when evaporated …

While the meat stew, prepare yourself noodle.

Potatoes need to fry separately. I had a small potato, I did cut into 4 pieces, smaller is not necessary. And I have not roasted until tender.

As the potatoes will be ready to be placed on top of noodle (if water is scarce — the meanest, try may need podsolit). Cover with a lid and simmer on very low heat for about 15 minutes.
