Non alcoholic apple cider

Taste a delicious family drink that will fill your home with a magical scent in no time. If you use freshly squeezed apple juice, the cider will be even more flavorful.

Ingredients:

2 liters of apple juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
1 orange
1 pear
1 lemon
1 cinnamon stick
a slice of fresh ginger
some cloves

Preparation:

1. Heat the apple juice over medium heat and bring to a boil.
2. Cut the fruit into thin slices and add to the boiling apple juice.
3. Grate the ginger and add along with the rest of the spices to the cider.
4. Boil the drink for 5-10 minutes, then turn off the heat and hold under the lid for an hour. Pour into mugs and enjoy.
