1 kg of mushrooms
1 medium carrot
2 onions
3 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
100 g vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
salt, sugar, pepper


1. Cut mushrooms and cook for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with cold water.
