Muffins from cottage cheese


Cottage cheese (dry) — 250g
Butter — 150 g
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Vanilla sugar (8 g) — 1 package
Sugar — 150 g
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Flour — 200 g


Number of ingredients targeted at 14-16 muffins.
Preparation time excluding Baking time: 15 minutes.
1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, add them to the melted and cooled butter, cottage cheese, mix well.
2. Pour the flour sifted with baking powder, salt and mix.
3. The dough is spread out on the muffin tins, filling them to the 2/3 volume. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
