Ingredients:

Beef steak (cut very thin slices) — 450 g
Carrots (cut in circles) — 1 glass
Broccoli (disassembled on the inflorescence) — 1 glass
Green peas pods — 1,5 cups
Salt — 0.5 tsp.
A mixture of five spices — 0.5 tsp.
Black pepper powder — 0,25 tsp.
Starch — 2 tsp.
Sugar — 0.5 tsp.
Chili pepper red, dried (crumbled) — 0,25 tsp.
Beef broth — 0,25 cups
Soy sauce — 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil — 2 tsp.
Rice boiled, hot — 3 cups

Preparation:

Thin slices of beef steak are prepared with vegetables by the styre-fray method and served with rice.

1. In a bowl, mix the salt, a mixture of five peppers and black ground pepper. Sprinkle with this mixture of steak strips.
2. In another bowl, mix the starch, sugar and red chili pepper. Introduce broth and soy sauce, stir.
3. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat, add oil, put carrots, cook over high heat, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Put broccoli and slices of meat in a frying pan with carrots, fry, stirring, about 1 minute. Introduce diluted starch in broth, cook, stirring, for about 1 minute.
4. Add green peas in the pan, cook for 30 seconds. Serve meat with rice.
