— Pork fillet — 700g
— Mushrooms — 500 g
— Onions — 2 pieces
— Chicken Egg — 2 pcs

— Sunflower oil — 40 g


1. Let’s start with the preparation of stuffed mushrooms and onions. To this end, over moderate heat, heat a frying pan with 2-3 tablespoons sunflower oil. Peel the onion and cut it into 1/4 circle, fry until golden brown acquisitions. Do not forget from time to time to stir.
2. Wash and clean the mushrooms, then cut into cubes. When the onion is ready, add the sliced ​​mushrooms to the pan. Fry all together for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mushrooms decrease in the amount and let the juice — when it evaporates, the pan can be removed from the stove.
3. Pour the contents of the pan into a bowl. Brush the cooked eggs, cut them here and add the same.
4. Add the grated cheese.
5. Thoroughly mix all, add salt and black pepper to taste. The filling is ready.
Now cook the meat. Cut the pork into pieces thickness slightly less than 1 cm. Each piece of salt on both sides and repel the hammer for meat so that it is thin enough and great to be wrapped in a filling.
6. At one end of a piece of meat put two tablespoons toppings.
7. Wrap the meat in a roll.
8. Secure using toothpicks or thread.

10. Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil over moderate heat. Roast meat kruchenyki from all sides, starting from the side, which accounts for the seam. When the side is enough fry thoroughly, remove the toothpicks can — roll already registered.
11. Ready kruchenyki shifts from the pan into the container for baking. Add 1.5 cups of water.
12. Pour the cream rolls.
13. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt chalking. Put in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot as a main dish with a side dish of your choice.
