Ingredients:
(Serves 4)

Frozen mackerel — 1-2 pieces.
Potatoes — 1 kg
Onions — 1-2 pieces.
Mayonnaise — 100 g
Salt — to taste
Pepper — 0.5 tsp

Preparation:

Pre-defrost fish. Prepare mackerel. Clear. Rinse. To separate the fillet from the ridge and bones.
Cut into small pieces.
Peel and wash the onions. Cut into half rings.
In a bowl add up the fish and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Mix. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
Turn on the oven.
Meanwhile, peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into slices not very thick.
To fish add potatoes and mayonnaise, a little salt and mix well.
