
Mackerel baked in foil
Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
Mackerel — 1-2 pieces. (600 g)
Lemon — 0.5 pc.
Dill green — 0.25 Beam
Onions — 2 pcs.
Boiled Eggs — 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp
Salt — tsp 0.25
Preparation:
This method can not only bake mackerel, and other fish.
1. Prepare food for cooking mackerel in foil. How to cook mackerel in foil:
— The fish is washed, cut off the head. Carefully cut along, separate fillets.
— Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings.
— Eggs are cleaned and cut into small pieces.
— Dill finely chopped.
2. Half of the prepared fish lay skin side down on a sheet of foil.
— Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and salt.
— Sprinkle with chopped eggs.
— Then sprinkle with dill.
— Overlaid onion slices and pour vegetable oil.

3. Preheat the oven.
