Even a novice chef can make a puff salad with chicken, mushrooms and cheese. The composition of this salad includes fairly simple ingredients that are in every home or that can be purchased without difficulty in any store.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet (breast or thigh) 250-300 g
Mushrooms (dried or fresh) 200 g
Durum cheese 100 g
4 eggs chicken
Carrots 1 pc.
Bulb onion 1 pc.
Mayonnaise 100g
Chives 20 g
Cooking oil for frying

Cooking:

1. Boil chicken fillet, remove from water, cool and cut into small pieces.
2. Peel the mushrooms, rinse, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with vegetable oil. Fry mushrooms should be in the minimum amount of oil, otherwise the salad will turn out to be overly bold. Fry on low heat for 25 minutes. If mushrooms are dried, then they need rinse, pour hot water and leave for 1 hour. Then the mushrooms need to be washed again and chopped.
3. Boil the eggs, cool, peel and grate.
4. Peel carrots, grate. Peel and chop the onion.
5. In a separate pan, pour one spoonful of vegetable oil and fry the carrots and onions until golden brown.
6. Put sliced ​​pieces of boiled chicken meat on a separate dish and smear them with mayonnaise.
7. Put a layer of grated eggs on top of chicken with mayonnaise.
8. Put a layer of fried onions with carrots on top of the eggs and smear with mayonnaise again.
9. The next layer is to lay out the mushrooms and sprinkle them with grated cheese grated on a fine grater.
10. Sprinkle cheese with finely chopped green onions.
