Ingredients:

sweet bell pepper — 1 piece
sausage (ham) — 4 pieces (300 g)
salted or pickled cucumber — 1 piece
hard cheese — 100 g
egg — 2 pieces
milk — 2 tbsp
ketchup — 2 tbsp
sour cream or mayonnaise — 100 g
Vegetable oil for frying
salt to taste

Preparation:

I advise everyone to this delicious dish — Lavash  with ham and cheese, which you can easily prepare a snack. Lavash saves the form of a dish, and frying is converted into a tasty and crisp.

1. 4 onions sliced ​​and diced spaserovat in butter until onion is soft,
— Add to the onions 2 tablespoons ketchup,
— Diced 1 large sweet red pepper,
— Diced 4 sausages,
— 1 small cucumber cut into cubes, too,
— Grate 100g of cheese, salt to taste,
— 100 g sour cream (you can mayonnaise).
2. Everything is mixed and spread out on a sheet of lavash and roll twist and cut.
3. Hammer in a bowl and add 2 eggs 2 tablespoons milk salt and whisk.
4. Soak well in milk-egg mixture and fry in vegetable (or olive) oil, on the quiet fire.
