Lasagna

Ingredients

9 sheets of dough
400 g of meat (minced meat — beef)
100 g onion
2 cloves of garlic
300 g tomatoes
400 ml of milk
30 g butter
1 tbsp flour
salt pepper
200 g cheese

Cooking

1. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry in oil for about three minutes. Add minced meat and fry until cooked for about 20 minutes.
2. Peel and chop the tomatoes.
3. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper. You can also add dried oregano — 1 tsp.
Stew for 5 minutes.
4. Melt the butter and add. Also add flour. Fry all this and stir for 2 minutes.
5. Pour in milk. Cook over low heat and stir (preferably with a whisk) until thickened. The consistency should be like liquid sour cream. It’s better to turn it off a little earlier, since the bottom will still be hot. Stir until the sauce cools down.
6. Cheese grate.
7. Put 3 sheets of dough, put half of the prepared meat, 1/3 sauce and 1/3 cheese.
8. Also make the second layer. Cover with lasagna sheets and grease with sauce.
9. Oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
10. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 20 minutes.
11. Delicious lasagna ready.
