Kish Lauren — pie with chicken and mushrooms



50 g butter, softened
1 egg
3 tbsp Cold water
1/2 tsp salt
200 g flour


300 g of chicken
300 grams of mushrooms
1/2 onion
salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste


170 ml of 20% cream
2 eggs
150 g grated cheese


1. Butter mix with egg, add water, salt, flour, knead a smooth dough, wrap in foil, put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2. The whole breast cook until tender, chop, fry the mushrooms and onion until tender, add salt, pepper and nutmeg, as well as chicken, mix well, turn off the heat.

3. heat the oven to 180C. Split mold (23 cm) grease with butter. Roll out the dough, to shift into a mold to make a side. Put the filling on the dough and all align.

4. Lightly beat the eggs with a fork, add the cream and cheese, stir well, pour the filling evenly with the mixture.

5. Bake the cake 35-40 minutes. Then remove the rim molds, cake pass on the bars, cool.
