Italian chowder


Chicken fillet (turkey meat, or beef) — 150 g
Rice — 1/2 cup
Carrots — 1 pc.
Bulb — 1 pc.
Tomato — 2 pcs.
Chili pepper — 1 pc.
Cashews — 2 tbsp
Salt, black pepper — to taste
Olive oil


1. Chicken (in my version I took beef) to boil, remove from the pan. Broth strain.

2. Boil the rice separately until tender.

3. Onions, carrots, chili peppers and tomatoes cut into cubes and cook for 5-7 minutes in olive oil.

4. In the finished soup add the boiled rice, steamed vegetables, chicken and crushed cashews. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Boil about 5 minutes.
