Ingredients:


Oatmeal flakes — 0.5 cups
Nuts (mixture: walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds) — 2 tbsp.
Dried fruits (any dried fruits on taste) — 1 tbsp.
Seeds (sunflower, or any of the tastes) — 2 tsp.
Honey (for taste) — 2 tbsp.
Yogurt (can be yogurt or milk) — 0.5 cups
Raspberry — 1 handful


Preparation:


Delicious, nutritious. For lovers of nuts and oatmeal
1. Mix the flakes with lightly crushed nuts and seeds, add honey. Mix everything.
2. Lay the mass on the baking paper and send to the oven until ready for 15-20 minutes, the time depends on the amount of mass.
3. Put the mixture into a plate, add dried fruits, pour yogurt or milk. Decorate with raspberries.
Granola is ready!
