Gazpacho

Gazpacho

Ingredients:

5-6 pieces of very ripe medium-sized tomatoes,
2 sweet peppers of medium size,
2 cloves garlic,
2-3 dried slices of white bread,
2 cups tomato juice,
2 tbsp red wine vinegar,
2 tbsp olive oil,
1/2 peeled cucumber,
1 onion,
3 sprigs parsley,
Salt and pepper to taste
3 drops of Tabasco sauce,
ice

Preparation:

Wash vegetables under running water, blanch the tomatoes, remove skins and seeds.
All ingredients except the tomatoes, chop with a blender in a clay pot.
Tomatoes to rub on a grater, add to the mixture, stir with a spoon and serve with ice.
