Garlic rolls



— Milk — 250 ml
— Flour — 400 g
— Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
— Salt — 0.5 tsp
— Sugar — 1 tbsp
— Dry yeast — 1 tsp

For lubricating:

— Egg yolk — 1 pc.


— Butter — 50 g
— Garlic — 7 cloves
— Green grinded — 2 tbsp


1. Knead all ingredients for the dough.
2. The resulting dough cover with a towel and leave in a warm place, it should be increased by 2 times.
3. Divide the dough into 16 finished pieces, approximately 50 g
4. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes or more, so that the dough has risen slightly.
5. Add the softened butter, garlic and fresh herbs in the bowl of a blender and grind everything. You can chop the garlic grated and mix all ingredients by hand.
6. At the center of each rolls make an incision a sharp blade of a knife or scissors, culinary, fill cavity filling about 1/2 tsp This can be done also by using a pastry bag.
7. Rolls lubricate the beaten egg yolk.
8. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C.
9. Buns can be submitted to the broth, borsch or tea.
