It is very convenient in the winter — a small jar opened — and Borschik ready in half an hour! Can a vegetarian, you can broth, stew can be on — even a matter of minutes!


3 kg beets
carrot 1 kg
onion 1 kg
1 kg of sweet pepper
1 kg of tomatoes
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
