Fettuccine with tomato cream sauce


Olive oil — 2 tbsp
Butter — 2 tbsp
Onions — 1 pc.
Garlic — 4 cloves
Any tomato sauce — 900 ml
Salt and pepper — to taste
Sugar — 1 pinch
Fatty cream — 1 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese or Romano
Fresh basil, chopped
Fettuccine — 1 pack


1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Drain the water, leaving 1 cup of water from the pasta.
3. Melt the butter and olive butter over medium heat.
4. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
5. Fry the garlic in butter with onions for 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour the tomato sauce, add salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
7. Stir and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Remove from heat and add the cream.
9. Add the cheese to taste, then check seasoning.
10. Return the fettuccine to the sauce, stir.
11. Add the basil to the pasta and serve immediately.
