Festive mussel salad

According to a simple recipe, a very tasty and spectacular salad is obtained — a novelty that will be in demand at the festive table.


mussels — 300 g;

eggs — 3 pcs.;

fresh cucumber — 1 pc .;

green onion — 5 arrows;

mayonnaise — 2 tbsp;

butter — 30 g;

garlic — 1 clove;



1. Defrost mussels in advance and heat them in a pan with butter and garlic for 3 minutes, cool.

2. In the prepared container, collect all the ingredients of the salad as it is prepared: diced eggs and cucumber, chopped green onions and mussels.

3. Season the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise, mix and serve to the festive table (add salt and pepper if desired).

4. If the mussels are not fried, but boiled in salted water for three minutes, then the salad will turn out to be no less tasty, but more dietary.
