Fast buns without yeast and eggs

These are not buns, but a lifesaver! Buns are cooked very quickly, without the use of yeast. By adding various components, they can be made sweet or not sweet, with dried fruits, vanilla, with herbs, seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds …
And also, depending on what you use — cottage cheese or yogurt — the taste and texture of the buns changes. Each time — a different taste, but always very tasty!

Ingredients:

Flour — 350 g
Yogurt (without additives, or sparing sour cream, kefir, cottage cheese with milk, etc.) — 300 g
Salt — 1.5 tsp
Sugar (if you make a sweet option, then there is more sugar) — 2 tsp.
Dough baking powder — 2 tsp.
Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.

Cooking:

1. Mix flour with salt, baking powder and sugar.
2. Mix yogurt with butter.
3. While adding flour, knead the dough.
4. Put the dough on a floured work surface and divide into 8-10 equal parts.
5. Form a bun from each part and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
6. Put in the oven preheated to 210-220 C for 15-20 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
