Dumplings with meat

Very simple and delicious!


— 8 potatoes
— 1 cup wheat flour
— 2 eggs
— 300 grams of beef (pulp)
— Onion
— salt
— pepper
— Cumin — to taste


1. Grate the raw potatoes on a grater, put in a sieve and let drain the liquid; add salt, flour, eggs and stir.
2. From this mixture form the dumplings, which lay inside the ground beef and cook in salted water until tender, as the dumplings.
3. Serve with sour cream.
