Doughnuts «Delicate»


Eggs — 2 pcs
milk — 500 ml.
butter or margarine — 125 g
sugar — 3 tbsp (sample)
Salt — 1.5 tsp
Dry Yeast -11 g (1 pack)
warm water — 0.5 cups.
flour — as it would have the dough stuck to the hands


1. Milk + water (to mix a little heat) + sugar + yeast. All of this mix and leave na15 minutes. Then add the eggs.
2. Add the butter (a bit melted) and salt — to bring down all whisk!
3. Add the flour gradually and interfere with a spoon.
4. Cover with towel and leave for 1-1.5 hours. Yeast love warm, it is better to put in a warm place.
5. Then take the dough and roll out 1 cm thick. Cut a mug or glass circles. Fry in a cauldron, oil should be enough, they have to swim in it, not to touch the bottom. Fry in the hot oil!
6. spread a donut on a napkin or paper to drain excess oil. Then spread on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
