Butter — 100 g
Egg yolk — 2 pcs.
Sugar — 100 g
Wheat flour — 180 g


1. Mix the softened butter with the yolks to a creamy consistency.
2. Add the sugar and flour, knead the dough.
3. From the resulting dough to form small balls (15 to 20 pieces). Put them on a baking sheet, the laid paper baking. Flatten each ball slightly.
4. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 200 ° C oven.
