Ingrelienty:

3 medium carrots
150 g flour
2 eggs
30 ml sunflower oil
pepper and salt

Preparation:

1. Peel the carrots and grate it on a grater with large cells.
2. Whisk the eggs and add them to the grated carrots.
3. Stir the resulting mixture, add the flour, salt and pepper on your own.
4. The resulting mixture was let stand for 30 minutes. This is to ensure that the carrots start to let the juice and softened.
