Cutlets from buckwheat


Buckwheat boiled — 1 cup
Egg 2-3 pieces
Cheese 100 g
Onion 1 piece
Butter 50 g
Salt pepper


Fry onions in butter. Cheese rub on a grater. Mix the boiled buckwheat, onions, cheese. Hammer eggs, salt and pepper.

From stuffing to form patties, roll them in the flour (do it gently, otherwise the burgers may fall apart) and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Delicious they hot or cold.
