Cutlets «Bird’s milk»

Incredibly tender cutlets! The name speaks for itself!


For the stuffing:

— 500-700 g fillet of turkey or chicken
— 1 onion
— 2-3 garlic teeth
— Bun
— 1 egg
— Salt pepper

For filling:

— 100-150 g of cheese grate
— 2 boiled eggs grate
— Parsley and dill, finely chopped
— 2 tbsp soft butter
— Seasoning: a mixture of pepper to taste

For the batter:

— 2 eggs
— 3-4 tbsp sour cream or mayonnaise
— 1/2 tsp baking powder
— Salt
— Flour (dough should turn on pancakes)


From stuffing do cake, put the filling, dipped in batter and fry in a pan on the hot vegetable oil until tender.
Cutlets are obtained with a crisp.
They eat as fast as prepared.
