The combination quite unusual and, as it turned out, very good.

Pork — 600 g
Cream (10-20%) — 40 ml
Potatoes — 300 g
Water — 230-250 ml
Garlic — 3 cloves
Bulb — 1 pc.
Ground ginger — 1 tsp
Tamarind (paste) — 1.5 tbsp
Madras curry — 1 tablespoon
Sugar — 1 tbsp
Garam masala — 1.5 tsp
Banana — 1-2 pieces.
Vegetable oil — optional
Lemon juice — to taste

1. Onions and garlic are peeled, cut into small pieces.
2. In a skillet heat the vegetable oil. Add onion and garlic and fry. It should be added madras curry, ginger and garam masala.
3. Pork cut into cubes, add to the skillet. Stir and fry quickly.
4. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Add to the skillet.
5. Pour the water and cream. Add tamarind, sugar and lemon juice, mix well.
6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Check readiness of a potato.
7. Bananas cleaned, cut, add to the curry, 5 minutes before general availability.

You can not use the usual cream and coconut milk.
