Cupcakes by Jamie Oliver


— 100 g semolina
— 50 g flour
— 1/2 tsp baking powder
— 60 grams of powdered sugar
— Egg
— Vegetable oil, 70 g
— Milk 100 ml
— Jam

Required equipment:

oven (180C)
molds for cupcakes


First mix the dry ingredients. Then mix the liquid ingredients, stir with a fork, and then combine the liquid and the dry mixture. Mix until smooth, sparsely get dough.

Pour into molds 1-1.5 tablespoons dough and then put a spoonful of jam on top of dough again. Molds should be filled to approximately 2/3.

Send it in the oven for 25 minutes until the muffins are not acquire a golden color.
