Cucumber salad with sauce


— Cucumber — 6 pieces. small and 2 pcs. large
— Red onions — 1 pc.
— Sol
— Sour cream — 4 tablespoons
— Dill — 2 tbsp
— Sugar — 1 tsp
— Black pepper
— Balsamic vinegar — a couple of drops
— Wash and clean the cucumber (cut ends).


Thinly slice the cucumber. Red onion peel and finely chop half rings. Cucumber layer — a layer of onion — salt, etc. Put in the fridge for 2 hours (if you prefer them to be crunchy).

In a small bowl pour the sour cream, add the black pepper, sugar and dill. Pour a little vinegar. If the taste of vinegar is too tart, add a little cream and a pinch of sugar (in proportion).

Squeeze excess water from the hands of vegetables and transfer to a clean dish. Mix with sauce. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
