Crispy cheese snacks


— 150 g of cheese
— 220 g flour
— 120 g butter
— 4 tablespoons milk (or water)
— 1/4 teaspoon salt


Preheat the oven to 200C.

1. In a food processor, pour the flour, salt, put the butter and grate the cheese.
2. Scroll through it all together, you get a baby.
3. This also add 4 tablespoons of milk and still scroll.
4. Roll it into a ball. Otschipnite small part of it, the rest in the refrigerator clean.
5. The remaining small part of the roll out very thinly — 2 mm.
6. Cut out the figures molds, or simply cut into squares.
7. Place on a baking sheet figures and bake 10 minutes, until bottoms of cookies toasted, and the top will no longer be soft.
