Crispy cheese donuts

Ingredients:

Cheese «feta», «Cheeses», or similar — 1 loaf
Flour chickpeas — 40g
Flour — 50 g
Salt — 2 tsp
Asafoetida — 1 tsp
Turmeric — 1/4 tsp
Water — 250 mL
Vegetable oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Mix in a bowl the flour, salt, spices.
3. Add cold water to make a batter (batter).
This test must be so thick that envelop stuffing thick. Leave for 10 minutes.
4. Cut the paneer into cubes of 1.5 cm or 3.75 cm strips. Dip the slices of cheese in batter.
5. Carefully one by one dip them in hot oil.
Adjust the flame so that the oil is hot enough for frying.
6. Roast the pakoras, occasionally turning them until they are golden brown.
7. Remove with a slotted spoon pakoras and dry with paper towels. Serve hot.
