Cottage cheese soufflé with banana

Ingredients:

Cheese 200 g
Banana 1 piece
Semolina 2 tbsp
Raspberry taste

Preparation:

Take the cheese and banana, with the help of a blender turns everything into a homogeneous mass.

Add the egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of incomplete semolina, mix well together.

Take the silicone molds and distribute them to all the resulting mass. We send in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Let cool for a souffle, and take out of the molds, decorate with raspberries and serve.
