egg yolk 1 piece.
1 tablespoon sour cream
220 g flour
baking powder 1 tsp

vanilla sugar
apricots or peaches canned cherry
powdered sugar


To whip the cream cheese with the sugar, vanilla sugar, cream and egg yolks in the air mass.
To test the softened butter with the flour and chopped cheese into crumbs, add the egg yolks, baking powder, maturing in sour cream and knead a soft dough.
Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes. (I lay until all dinner)
Roll out thinly in a rectangular formation. Cut into squares.
Every corner of the square tube to the middle of the roll so as to have rollers on the edges,
lay on a baking sheet, the laid paper baking at a distance from each other (strongly increasing).
In the middle of a put a tablespoon of cream
and slices of fruit and berries. (Apricots, peaches, cherries, raspberries, cranberries, blackberries)
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
Hot cakes sprinkled with powdered sugar, gently remove from pan (very fragile, can break).
Wait for the complete cooling.
