Cottage cheese balls


Cottage cheese — 250 g
Condensed milk — 0.5 cups
A pinch of cardamom
Beet juice — 1 tsp
Butter — 2 tsp


Mash cheese. Heat a frying pan with butter and place cheese, condensed milk and cook over low heat. Once the mixture begins to thicken, add the cardamom and turn off the heat.

Spoon cottage cheese cooked in a bowl and divide into 2 parts. One add a teaspoon of natural dyes — beet juice, and mix thoroughly.

When the cheese is cold, blind white cheese small balls and then roll them by making a shell of pink cottage. It is possible and vice versa.
