Cottage cheese bagels with poppy seeds

Ingredients:

200g cottage cheese,
150g butter,
100g sugar,
1 egg,
0.5 tsp soda (to pay off).
300g flour.

Cooking

1. Beat egg with sugar + oil + cheese + soda, mix well, gradually add the flour.
2. Knead the dough, remove it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough, cut and twist small bagels.
4. Bagels put on a greased baking sheet, brush with milk (in the microwave to heat 3 tablespoons milk + 1 tsp sugar, mix), sprinkle with poppy seeds.
5. Bake at 160 ° C — 15 minutes.
6. Cooled bagels sprinkled with powdered sugar
