Cookies with orange filling


Sour cream — 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp
Butter — 50 g
Sugar — 225 g
Eggs — 1 pc.
Flour — 250 g
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Orange — 1 piece.
Starch — 1 tbsp


1. Egg whisk, add 5 tablespoons sugar, beat again.
2. Add the egg mixture, cream and vegetable oil, sour cream and sifted flour with baking powder.
3. Knead the soft elastic dough.
4. Divide dough into 4 pieces, cover with foil and put into the refrigerator.
5. Orange wash, wipe and twist in a meat grinder (no need to clean).
6. Twisted orange mixed with 100 g of sugar and starch. Put in a pan and boil until thick (the process takes about 1-2 minutes). Cool.
7. A piece of chilled dough to roll out into a rectangle, put 1/4 of the orange filling, spread evenly.
8. Gently fold in the roll.
9. With a sharp knife cut into pieces (about 3-4 cm). Do the same with the remaining batter.
10. Bake cookies at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
