Cold cucumber


Fresh cucumbers — about a kilogram
Garlic — 1 clove
Carnation — 1/5 tsp
Black pepper — 1/5 tsp
Dried chili pepper — 1 piece (chopped)
Dill — 1 tablespoon
Sea salt — 1.5 tablespoon


Spices put in a clean jar. Place the cucumber (not too tightly). Pour into a jar with clean water. Close the lid and stir to dissolve the salt as much as possible. Put in the refrigerator. After about 3 weeks of cucumbers will be ready for use.
