Ingredients:

Sour cream — 100 g

Vegetable oil — 50-100 ml

Potatoes — 1 kg
Salt — 1.5 tsp
Sugar — 1 tsp

Preparation:

Prepare food for the German strudel.
How to cook a German strudel with potatoes: Melt butter and a little cool.
Beat two eggs, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Sahara.
Add 100 g of heated to the liquid state of the oil (or cooking oil).
Add 100 grams of sour cream and half a liter of yogurt.
Add 0.5 teaspoons soda. Then gradually add the flour.
Knead the dough uncool.
