Cinnamon Rolls with caramel and apple

If you are familiar with these wonderful cinnamon rolls, then you know what they are fragrant and juicy, some have magnificent dough and how many toppings.
Usually they are still warm pour the glaze and bake them I suggest with caramel and apple slices. Then we reverse our buns on dish, and caramel leaks in every fold and every corner of the buns, sdela it even juicier and tastier.

Ingredients

For the buns:

Milk — 2 cups.
Sugar — 1/2 cup + 3/4 cup.
Vegetable oil — 1/2 cup.
Dry Yeast — 2 1/4 tsp
Flour — 4 1/2 cup.
Salt — 2 tsp
Soda — 1/2 tsp (Topless)
Baking powder — 1/2 tsp (From top)
Melted butter — 3/4 cup.
Cinnamon — 4 tablespoons

For the caramel:

Butter — 115 g
Salt — a pinch
Brown sugar — 1 1/2 cups.
Honey — 1 tbsp
Cream — 2 tbsp
Brandy or apple juice (optional) — 2 tbsp
Apple (solid, sweet and sour, cut into small cubes) — 1 pc.

Preparation:

1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, 1/2 cup of sugar and vegetable oil. Heat, stirring, until sugar is dissolved. If strongly heated, then refrigerate until warm to the touch. Add the yeast and 4 cups flour. Gently and thoroughly. Cover with towel and leave for 1 hour to make the dough rise.
Then add the remaining flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Flour may need a little more — the dough should not stick to hands. Again, cover the dough and set aside.

2. To prepare the caramel combine all ingredients (except apple) in a saucepan and heat over low heat until all is melted and are not well mixed.
Pour the caramel into the baking dish. You can take 2 with a diameter of 22-23 cm, or a rectangular one, as I have, the size of 20 * 30 cm. Sprinkle the apple slices.

3. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with the remaining (3/4 cup) sugar and cinnamon. Fold in roll and cut into about 16 slices. Put the slices cut up on candy. Cover with towel and leave for 20-30 minutes.

4. Preheat oven to 190 C.
Biscuits cover with foil and place in oven for 25 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
Finished rolls gently invert onto a plate.

Be very careful and caramel rolls are hot. Let them cool slightly and enjoy.
