Chocolate pasta


Wheat flour — 200 g
Cocoa powder — 40 g
Chicken egg — 1 pc.
Water — 6-8 tbsp
Vegetable oil — 2-3 tbsp
Salt — 1/3 tsp
Vanilla — 2-4 g
Jam and cream, berries — for decorating dishes.


1. Mix the flour with the salt, vanilla and cocoa. Sift. Add egg and mix well.
2. Slowly pouring water knead smooth dough.
3. Wrap the dough with cling film and leave for an hour.
4. Re-knead the dough, brush with butter and roll it into a thin layer.
5. Cut the dough thin long strips. These strips are left to dry for a day.
6. Put the noodles in boiling salted soda and cook for 7-10 minutes (until tender).
7. Serve the noodles with jam and cream. Garnish with berries.
