Chocolate Pancake cake with whipped cream

 Ingredients:

175g flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp cocoa
100g sugar
1/4 tbsp salt
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
350ml milk
230ml double cream
30g caster sugar
90 g melted chocolate
fruit

Preparation:

1. Mix 175 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 4 tablespoons cocoa, 100 g of sugar and 1/4 tsp salt. 4 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tsp vanilla extract, 350 ml of milk.
2. mixed well.
3. Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. When the pan is heated up, pour a ladle the batter into the pan.
4. Fry one side.
5. Using a spatula gently turn over and fry the pancakes on the second side until done.
6. Repeat until you use all the dough.
Give pancakes to cool completely.
7. Beat the cream with the 4 tablespoons powdered sugar.
Lubricates pancakes with whipped cream, spreading every damn one another.
8. On top decorate with fruit.
9. Fill the melted chocolate.
