Chocolate bread pudding


Dark chocolate 70-80% cocoa — 60 g
Baton sliced ​​- 2 cups
Milk — 0.75 cups
Cream 20-25% — 0.25 cup
Sugar — 2 tbsp
Vanilla sugar — 1 tsp
Chicken egg — 1 pc.
Green tea — 2 tbsp


1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. We spread the slices of white bread on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Give cool.
2. Beat together milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and egg.
3. In a separate container, beat match, green tea powder and add about 2 tablespoons milk-egg mixture. Thoroughly mix to a paste.
4. Send the crackers in the batter of milk, add the paste of green tea, gently stir and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Grease 2 baking cups butter and spread a bit of bread dough in each. Sprinkle a layer of a broken chocolate and then bread-and-milk crumb. We finish layer of chocolate and send in the oven for 40 minutes at 165 degrees.
