Chips made from lavash

Delicious and crunchy pita chips without harmful ingredients can be prepared at home. Since the pita bread is neutral in taste, chips can be given every taste and flavor by using spices, what you like — aromatic herbs, garlic, paprika and others. I made pita chips with sour cream and cheese. The preparation of this dish does not take long, however, as their eating. I did not notice that they will disappear!


1 thin pita bread;
100 g sour cream;
50 g of cheese:
salt, black pepper, dried or fresh herbs.


1. Sour cream mixed with salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

2. The sheet of lavash (pictured half) spread out on a baking sheet, brush with cream, sprinkle with cheese.

3. Cut the pita bread into small diamonds or triangles. It is convenient to do it with scissors. Put the pan in a preheated 180 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Make sure that the chips not burnt!

4. Ready chips gently remove from pan, to shift on the grill, cool.

Delicious and crunchy pita chips are ready.
