Ingredients:

Strong filter coffee — 600 ml
Orange, thinly sliced ​​- 1/2 pc.
Lemon, thinly sliced ​​- 1/2 pc.
Slice of pineapple — 1 pc.
Sugar — to taste
Bitter tincture «Bitter Angostura» (optional) — 1/2 drops

Preparation:

It is best to use filtered, not too strong coffee. The drink will be clear, transparent.
— Let cool the coffee for 20 minutes.
— Fill them with fruit. Stir and place in the freezer for about an hour to cool the mixture.
— Stir again and take the fruit out of the coffee.
— Add sugar and bitter tincture (if used).
— Throw three glasses of ice in glasses and pour in a drink. Garnish with orange or lemon slices.
