Chicken with bell peppers


Bulgarian pepper (large) — 4-5 pieces.
Chicken fillet — 1 pcs.
Tomato (small) — 2-3 pieces.
Green onion — a few feathers,
Yogurt without flavorings — 2 tbsp
Cheese — 100-150 g
Spices (I had the Mediterranean herbs)


To start clean sweet peppers from the inside. Only need to leave the «tails», so that the inside was more room for the stuffing, which will fill each half. Of course, it is better if you still have big peppers, then portions are bigger. But it is also possible to make more and peppers, but with small portions of meat.

For the filling you need to cut the chicken into small pieces, about 1 * 1 cm. It is more convenient to apply minced peppers into halves.

Separately treat tomatoes. First you need to separate the peel. To do this, boil the water and immerse the tomatoes for about 1 minute. Then take out the tomatoes, they cool rapidly and can be very easily removed peel.

Cut peeled tomatoes already into small cubes, about 0.5 * 0.5 cm — is no longer necessary.

Separately, chop the green onions and parsley.

Now you have to mix all the stuffing together. So, mix the sliced ​​chicken, sliced ​​tomatoes and fresh herbs. Add salt, pepper and extra spices to taste. There also add 2 tablespoons yogurt without additives. All mix thoroughly.

Now, on a baking sheet, which will be preparing chicken in Bulgarian pepper spread pepper halves. In each half impose a ready-made stuffing with chicken.

Put for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180-200 C.
After 30 minutes, we pull out the pan and sprinkle each pepper with cheese. We put another 10 minutes — waiting for the cheese melts and crust is formed.
