Chicken «under a fur coat», baked in the oven

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet — 350 g
Potatoes — 3 pieces
Onions — 2 pieces
Sunflower oil — 2 tbsp
Salt — 2 pinches
A mixture of hops-suneli — 1 pinch
Cheese — 250 g
Ground black pepper — 1 pinch
Garlic — 1 clove
Cream — 300 mm

Preparation:

1. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
2. Form for baking brush with vegetable oil.
3. Put back the pieces of fillet and sprinkle with a mixture of hops-suneli and pepper.
4. Onions cut into half rings and lay on the meat. Potatoes cut into thin circles.
5. Arrange the potato circles on the chicken and onion in the form of shingles.
6. Rub the cheese and mix with half the cream.
7. Add the mixture of spices to taste, salt and squeezed garlic.
8. Pour this filling the first layer of potatoes and place the second layer. Pour over the potatoes and sprinkle with remaining filling the second half of the grated cheese.
9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send the casserole for 35 minutes until golden brown.
