Chicken Saltison


1 kg of chicken breast
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
100 g sweet chili sauce
60 g gelatin
3 tbsp water


1. Clean the chicken breast from the film and fat.
2. Cut the meat into small cubes. Add all the spices and mix well.
3. Mix the cubes with gelatin and cold water.
4. Put the mass in a mold 10 * 20 cm (I have a silicone mold). Cover the mold tightly with foil.
5. Bake saltisone in a preheated oven at 170 * C for 50-60 minutes.
6. Cool the roll and place it in the refrigerator for complete solidification.
7. Pull the finished roll out of the mold, cut into slices and serve.
