1. Preparing the ingredients. Chop the chicken in small pieces and fry in a small amount of sunflower oil until cooked. The hen should get a golden color.
2. Wash the champignons, gently dry with a towel, you can paper. Then cut them into 4-6 pieces, based on the size of the fungus.
3. Pour a little oil (sunflower or olive oil) on a hot frying pan, add chopped mushrooms and fry them for 7-10 minutes, periodically stirring gently to preserve the shape of the mushrooms.
