Chicken nuggets


(4 servings)
2 chicken breasts (or 4 fillets)
2 eggs
Article 0.5. milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp flour
salt and seasoning to taste


Cut the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces.
Each piece of salt, pepper and flour crumble.
Next poppy in whipped eggs with milk and thoroughly breading.
Fry in deep fat in small portions. After frying put the Nuggets on paper towels to absorb excess fat.
